The Lowry
Paul’s take: We have talked off and on about going to the Lowry for breakfast but, for some reason we never really jumped on it. Finally today we decided to try it, we should have listened to our instincts. It was pretty late in the morning and when we arrived the place was very very busy. The hostess said it would be a half an hour wait and took down my phone number so they can send me a text when our table is ready. There was absolutely no place to sit in the bar or the lobby area of the restaurant so we went back out to my car and waited. At just about exactly 30 minutes I got the text that our table was ready. We went back in to the hostess stand and she sat us at a very tiny two top in the middle of the restaurant crammed in with lots of other tables Server came over quick to say hi. She tried really hard to sell us on mimosas or bloody Marys or other alcohol. We ordered coffee and ice water. This place is so effing loud and just packed with Bros.
