Paul’s take:
When we walked in to the lowbrow it was moderately busy but there was some tables still available. We sat at a high top and our server was very nice, very professional. We got coffee in no time flat. It seem like a pleasant place and the choices on the menu were pretty good.

I got the JALAPEÑO HASH

Hashbrowns cooked with onions and jalapenos smothered in chipotle gouda topped with two eggs and spicy sour cream. Served with toast. Later in the summer we seem to get hotter and better jalapeños than during this time of the year in Minnesota. What we have right now taste pretty much like green bell peppers, they really don’t have much heat to them at all. I
It was really quite nice. Everything was cooked very well. My jalapeño hash wasn’t too heavy and had great flavor so I wasn’t overly stuffed.
The atmosphere was good the menu choices were good and I would definitely go back there.
I had a couple bites of Jeanne’s pancake and that was very tasty too.

Why am I so bad with keeping on top of this? It's so over-due I can't remember what I ordered.

Oh wait, I got the Truck Stop Breakfast Sandwich, hash browns, and a blueberry pancake. The hash browns were pretty good. Could have been cooked a little less for my taste. The sandwich was great. Egg, sausage, American cheese on a hamburger-y type bun. Reminded me of the sandwiches my Mom made us when I was a kid, only since we lived in NY she put it on a hard roll. Man, I miss those. The pancake was enormous, so I need to keep that in mind when we go back. It was soft and fluffy with a crunchy caramelized outside. The syrup was real, so that added to how good it was. I might go back just for the pancakes. Nah, that sandwich is too good.

This sandwich reminded me of the ones my Mom used to make us as kids

Delicious and fluffy and crispy all at the same time.
